the restrictions on import of Britisk goods into Indo-China,

I have now the honour to bring submit for your information

the text of a commication received by Hessrs. Butterfield

and Swire from Mesare. Alfred Holt & Co., Liverpool.

Regulations Skippers will not ship by our steamers in
